Some wedding fayres are about bookings on the day.
This one felt bigger than that.
On 15 June 2026, we joined Wedding Fayres Yorkshire at Woodsome Hall for a steady, positive and properly useful wedding fayre.
We had conversations with couples, showcased four different parts of Yorkshire Magic Mirror and, most importantly, came away feeling like a strong venue relationship had just started properly.
A Wedding Fayre That Kept Building
The day started steady and just kept getting better.
Wedding Fayres Yorkshire had placed us in the marquee to the right of the main entrance with the biggest pitch available, giving us room to showcase every product properly.
It also demonstrated the trust they place in us after working together over many events.
A fantastic setting for another busy Wedding Fayres Yorkshire showcase.

Wedding Fayres Yorkshire Set This Up Perfectly
One of the biggest wins wasn't a booking.
It was the relationship with the venue itself.
Wedding Fayres Yorkshire introduced us properly, allowing conversations that should lead to long-term opportunities rather than quick sales.
Quick takeaways:
- Steady footfall all day.
- Excellent venue positioning.
- Magic Mirror and Magic Mini stole the show.
- Meta Quest VenView created curiosity.
- Likely to generate several future bookings.
We Brought The Full Yorkshire Magic Mirror Line-Up
Rather than bringing one product, we arrived with our biggest display yet.
- Magic Mirror
- Magic Mini
- Magic Mobile
- VenView running on Meta Quest 2
Every product attracted attention for different reasons and gave couples a genuine opportunity to compare experiences.

The Magic Mirror And Magic Mini Stole The Show
I genuinely expected VenView to be the talking point.
Instead, couples repeatedly gravitated towards the Magic Mirror and Magic Mini.
Being able to physically see the products, interact with them and imagine them in their own wedding proved incredibly powerful.
Magic Mini and the full-size Magic Mirror stole the show.

Our prime marquee position gave visitors plenty of opportunity to stop and chat.

VenView Continues To Evolve
Our Meta Quest demonstration generated curiosity throughout the day.
It confirmed the idea works, while also giving us valuable feedback about how to refine the experience for future fayres.
VenView proved popular throughout the day, although there is still more refinement to come.

Woodsome Hall Is Full Of Character
The marquee was extremely bright for exhibiting, but Woodsome Hall itself has a huge amount of personality.
From the grounds to the reception rooms, it is easy to understand why so many couples choose it.
The marquee sat alongside the beautiful historic hall.

A Strong Day For Supplier Relationships
One of the best things about a good wedding fayre is catching up with brilliant suppliers.
It was great to spend the day alongside familiar faces including Adrian Salamon the Magician and Antich Menswear, both of whom always bring plenty of personality to an event.
Wedding fayres are not just about meeting engaged couples.
They are also about strengthening relationships with venues, organisers and fellow suppliers who all play a part in making a wedding day memorable.
Those relationships are often what lead to recommendations months or even years down the line.
Even the arrival looked the part.

The Biggest Win Wasn't A Booking
We don't take bookings on the day.
Never have.
Couples deserve the chance to go home, think things through, compare options and make the right decision without any pressure.
So while we fully expect today's conversations to turn into around three future bookings, that isn't what made the event special.
The biggest success was the relationship created with Woodsome Hall itself through Wedding Fayres Yorkshire.
Sometimes the best result from a wedding fayre isn't the enquiry you receive that afternoon – it's the partnership that develops over the following years.
Why Woodsome Hall Works So Well
Even though we spent most of the day inside the marquee, it was impossible not to appreciate the venue itself.
The grounds are beautiful, the setting feels private and the character of the building gives it a completely different feel to many modern hotel venues.
Add in the convenient location and plenty of room for suppliers to work comfortably and it becomes easy to understand why so many couples shortlist Woodsome Hall.
It is definitely a venue we are looking forward to returning to.

We've also created an interactive virtual tour of Woodsome Hall, allowing couples to walk around the venue before they even visit in person.

One of the nicest parts of today's conversations was seeing couples compare the products side by side.
- Magic Mirror for the full interactive experience.
- Magic Mini for a compact premium setup.
- Magic Mobile for roaming photography with instant prints.
- VenView for immersive 360° venue experiences.
Having everything together made it much easier for people to understand the differences rather than trying to imagine them from photographs online.

Final Thoughts
Looking back on the day, what stands out isn't one conversation or one product.
It's the overall feeling that Wedding Fayres Yorkshire once again put together an event that genuinely helped both couples and suppliers.
The Magic Mirror and Magic Mini attracted huge interest, VenView gave us plenty of ideas for future improvements and the connections made with the venue itself could become the biggest success of all.
Some fayres are about collecting leaflets.
This one felt like it was about building relationships.
And that's exactly the sort of wedding fayre we want to be part of.
Tell us your venue and date and we'll help you choose the perfect Yorkshire Magic Mirror experience.
